Established in 2013, our fitness and wellness centre is dedicated to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone on their fitness journey. With our fully air-conditioned facility, top-of-the-line equipment, a large range of group fitness classes ranging from yoga, pilates, and reformer, to pump, bike and strength and conditioning, and state of the art ice baths, saunas and steam room, we’re here to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals without stressing.

We even have a large carpark on site so you can comfortably visit when you want to.
