At Frankies nothing interferes with the product by introducing colour, preservatives, additives or any other nasties. That means you won’t see mounds of candy-coloured gelato in our shop. Instead, the gelato is kept in silver lidded pozetti tubs, favoured by the classic Italian gelaterias to keep the product at the optimum temperature until it’s ready to be scooped into a cup or cone.
