All our Gelato and Sorbets are handmade on site using premium quality, natural and, whenever possible, locally sourced ingredients.
We follow a traditional Italian recipe that has been passed through generations using the Sicilian technique of producing artisanal gelato where small batches of gelato are prepared daily in order to maintain quality and freshness.
Gluten free and vegan options are available and we are working on NEW recipes to bring forward sugar free and lactose free options as well…
