The menu is designed to please all styles of diners/tastes which makes it very attractive to large groups/families and fussy eaters, you’re sure to find something that you love in there.
What’s the secret? The charcoal Josper oven… Originating from Spain, Using no electricity or gas, the charcoal heats the heavy steel oven up to 500 degrees celsius. This allows the large variety of meats on the menu to be sealed very fast & cooked for a shorter time keeping in all the moisture making the food super juicy, the rendering fats drip onto the charcoal creating delicious smoky flavours that permeate up into the meat.
Our back bar boasts an impressive array of 150+ Whisk(e)y’s, Bourbon’s and Gin’s giving us the opportunity to create an enticing cocktail menu featuring both classic and new age offerings. Our wine list showcases some of the best from both here and abroad.
The design by the amazing local Nyree Mckenzie was 1950’s inspired with a coastal softness to it. Classy but casual the space oozes comfort we love the end result.
