Everyone should regularly have a sports massages to maintain a healthy and active body.

Aromatherapy: this massages uses oils extracted from natures plants to significantly enhance the benefits of massage. Each oil will be carefully selected for each client depending on personal needs, whether it be emotional or physical. Only practitioner essential oils are used in treatments.

Pregnancy: Massage therapy during pregnancy is a healthy way to help relive stress and promote overall wellness. Massage can help with many discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as back aches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulations. We recommend waiting until you have passed your first trimester before booking in a treatment. Women in high-risk pregnancies should consult their doctor or midwife before beginning one of our massage treatments.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping: Cups are placed on the skins surface over a trigger point or problematic area. The skin is slightly sucked into the cup to increase nutrient rich blood flow to the affected area. This modality promotes the break down of scar tissue, assists in recovery of soft tissue and improves range of movement. Cupping can sometimes leave bruise like marks which disappear after 2-3 days. The practitioner will always ask permission prior to use. This highly effective treatment is well worth it’s stamp.
